RETURNS, REFUNDS AND WITHDRAWALS TERMS

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the products you received or if you simply changed your mind after receiving your order confirmation email, we will happily accept your return within 14 calendar days of delivery of the products (the days will begin to be calculated based on proof of delivery).

In case of return, the refund will be made net of shipping costs.
Please note that products must be handled and stored with care and returned in their original condition, including the original packaging, all tags in their original position, and any accessories. If you wish to exchange products for a different size or color, you will still need to return the items and place a new order. Any goods returned in conditions that do not comply with the above will not be refunded.

Your return will be refunded once it's processed by our warehouse. You'll receive an email confirming that the refund has been processed and made to the same payment method used to place the order. It may take up to 14 days for the refund to be credited to your account.

Return shipments from Italy are always free, while shipping costs from abroad are the responsibility of the consumer.

HOW TO REQUEST A FREE RETURN

  1. fill in the ONLINE RETURN FORM
  2. Place all products in the same packaging as sent and with the tags attached, preferably in the original box (or in another equally sturdy one);
  3. Apply the return label (package marker) we'll send you to the sealed package. Make sure it's properly attached and that the barcode and all the information are clearly visible.
  4. For return shipments from Italy, we will arrange a free pick-up with our courier:
    • a) you can choose whether to request collection from your home/office;
    • b) or we recommend that you take advantage of our "easy return" service which consists of conveniently selecting the collection and shipping point closest to you via this LINK . This way, you can choose how and when to deliver your package to our couriers, avoiding long waits at your home.
